The Workshop Flow
Signals → Understanding → Direction
The day is designed to help you notice your own signals, understand what feels right, and explore possibilities with more ease. You’ll leave with insight and practical tools you can use right away.
Here’s a look at how the day unfolds, so you know what to expect.
-
Your Starting Point
A welcoming moment to notice what’s on your mind and the questions or themes that will guide your day.

-
Noticing Your Signals
A thoughtful, structured way to understand who you are now, what’s shifting, and how that might shape your direction. You’ll start to see the patterns in your experiences and interests that point toward what feels right for you, and learn a clear, simple way to name them.

-
What Lights You Up
Clarify the values, strengths, interests, and environments where you work best, so you can start identifying the signals that will support your next step.

-
Tracing the Glow Patterns
Bring together your stories, strengths, values, and essential conditions for thriving, and notice the themes that point toward roles and environments that feel right for you. You’ll then create a simple Direction Snapshot you can return to after the workshop.

-
Exploring What’s Next
Learn practical ways to explore your ideas, notice what resonates, and use helpful websites and tools to check out real‑world options. You’ll leave with next‑step practices you can put into action right away.

-
Carry It Forward
Once the day is complete, you’ll have space to continue exploring what opened up for you. You’ll take home your Direction Snapshot, a summary of the strengths, interests, and themes you identified during the workshop, and you’ll receive an invitation card with optional tools you can use at home to keep moving forward at your own pace.

-
A Lens For What’s Ahead
Your Direction Snapshot becomes a lens you can place over the careers, programs, and possibilities you’re considering. It’s a supportive tool you can return to as your direction becomes clearer and you come closer to making a decision.

About
I’m an educator and certified career development practitioner with an M.Ed. in Adult Education and Workplace Learning. With a centred, thoughtful approach, I support people navigating school, work, or career transitions. My work helps people find the words for what they are experiencing, giving them a stronger sense of direction as they move forward.
I begin by understanding where someone is right now, what’s shifting for them, and the patterns that can inform their next practical steps. I’m drawn to work that helps people make considered choices that feel true to who they are becoming.
I care about creating spaces that feel calm, clear, and welcoming, and I’m always glad when people step into this work with me. I look forward to meeting you.
